Once you share your application with us, it will undergo three to four rounds of screening in form of assessments, interviews and more.

Resume Screening


For any position, we screen resumes critically and only resumes that clearly reflect relevant skills and experience are passed on to the next round.

Predictive Index Assessment


We believe behavioural attributes affect a job role as much as relevant skill sets. The Predictive Index is used to screen candidates with the right behavioural attributes.

Skill Tests


For specific roles, candidates will have to undergo Online Tests for Aptitude or Technical testing as per the requirement of the role.

Interview


For any role the shortlisted candidates will undergo an HR Interview and a Technical Interview.
